ADOPTED! YEAH! This is such a pretty girl! She is very graceful and lithe. She loves to be pet and will roll over so you can rub her tummy. Quite the purr machine too. I saw this sweet thing, being picked up from ABC. That of course is the spay/neuter clinic. She found a home with a wonderful lady and her daugher. THANK YOU FOR SAVING! |
Sweetest cat in the shelter! Cats like this break my heart. She may not be the prettiest cat or the youngest cat but she most certainly is the nicest, most loving, sweetest cat you could ever hope for. She LOVES people and comes right up to the front to visit with everyone. She rubs, purrs, falls over to give you her tummy-what more could you want from a cat? Her owner dumped her here through no fault of her own and now her life is in danger. Adult cats have a very hard time getting homes during kitten season. I think this cat is extaordinary, please open your heart and your home to her. Redeemed by owner!!
This is such a darling cat, I don't understand why she is still at the shelter. She has gorgeous green eyes and stares at you as if to say "take me home". She is a really gentle, calm and loving girl. She would be a great companion. |
Adopted! This pretty girl is so sweet! Her uncaring owner dumped her here with her friend A466872 and she is confused and looking for a forever home. Please come get her out of here!
Adopted! Orange Crush, that's what I look like, a sweet soda. I'm young too! And I am available! From another observer:

Snowie, at least that's what I call this great girl. She's not a yr old yet, just a love kitty. Couldn't get close enough to me through the bars. I almost took her home on the spot. I guess I'd say she's my favorite cat here even with all of the other love kitties.
Adopted! What is a georgous Maine Coon, already neutered 2 yr old male doing at the shelter!!! This guy is sooooo pretty and sooooo sweet a wonderful cat with a mellow personality. |
ADOPTED!!!! This is the SWEETEST dog you could ever want to meet. So many people came to the Harbor shelter to adopt her until they realized she needs major vetting. I really want to rescue this girl but need some help. Her right eye is very bulbous, most likely form neglected glaucoma. The eye needs to be removed. She also has a cyst or tumor in her right ear and a bleeding ear infection. But all of these problems didn't stop her from running up to me, covering my face with sweet Cocker kisses and then rolling over to request a tummy rub. This sweet little girl breaks my heart. The vet bill will be expensive so I MUST find a foster home for her, I cannot afford to board her. Please, if you can help in any way, email yep6cats@aol.com . After this girl is vetted and healthy, everyone will want to adopt her! Please help me save her life. Thank you. This dog is at the Harbor/San Pedro Shelter 888 452-7381. Hit 1, then 4, then 3.
Adopted! Congratulations Cookie!! Cookie was pet of the week some time ago for the San Pedro/Harbor shelter. So when I visited that shelter to check out a Cocker Spaniel, I was shocked to see that she is still there! Cookie has been at the shelter since January. Believe me, if this dog was not exceptional, she would be long gone. But she is a shelter staff favorite and I can certainly see why. Cookie exudes a sweetness and gentleness that is hard to resist. She is so full of love and even after being at the shelter for months, she still wags her tail and greets everyone with excitement and love. She is beautiful. She has striking hazel eyes, accentuated by black "eyeliner". She has the coat of a German Shepherd but the graceful, long, lean body of a Greyhound. Cookie is in a small kennel with two other dogs who she adores. This dog would be such a loving and devoted companion. She has VERY little time left, the shelter cannot keep her forever. I don't understand why she has been overlooked. Please go to the HARBOR SHELTER to meet her, save her life! Please email yep6cats@aol.com with any questions or if you need help. San Pedro/Harbor Shelter is located at 735 Battery Street, San Pedro. Call 888 452-7381. Hit 1, then 4, then 3. |
ADOPTED! I cannot believe someone would give up this sweet boy! He is wonderful! He has so much personality he lit up the room!
Adopted! This cutie has such a big smile. He has one squinted eye so he looks like he is winking. A funny little young guy that is so sweet. Come take him out of his cage and give him a hug. His owner dumped him here for no good reason. He needs a forever home. |
Adopted! This sweet tuxedo girl is almost out of time. She is just a teen! She is playful, sweet, and a gorgeous sleek kitty! Will make a great friend! |
